Rujak Kuah Pindang


For those of you who like salad, do not miss the typical Balinese rujak! Kuah Rojak Pindang name. Rujak seasonings as usual, except that the addition of fish sauce or fish stock Pindang.

Pindang Kuah Rojak is a combination of several fresh fruits are almost similar to sweet or rujak rujak sugar. Examples of fruit used is similar to sugar as Bengkuang rujak, papaya, kedondong, cucumber, starfruit, and others. These fruits peeled and diced. That distinguishes it from ordinary rujak are complementary, ie, broth made from fish, salt, shrimp paste, and chili. All materials will complement the ground until they are soft, but not given water mixed with gravy anymore because Pindang (fish broth) was diluted.
